He hopes the medical device industry from abroad would hold domestic industry for producing and developing medical devices in Indonesia. Because, this industry requires high technology that is often more owned by foreign manufacturers.

In efforts to increase the competitiveness of the medical devices industry, the strategic steps taken by the government through the Ministry of Industry during the period 2015 - 2019, inter alia to develop a road map or road map medical devices industry.
