National automotive company, PT. Astra Otoparts add 25.8 percent ownership stake in PT. SKF Indonesia valued at USD 67.1 billion. The acquisition makes the Astra Otoparts percentage ownership on the Swedish company rise to 40 percent from the previous 14.2 percent.
Director of Astra Otoparts Hugeng Gozali said sale and purchase of shares owned by SKF Aktiebolanget was made on June 11, 2015. The Company purchased 22.969 shares in SKF Aktiebolanget Indonesia. By increasing its stake in SKF Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT. Astra International Tbk want to develop business bearing in fulfilling domestic and international markets. Astra Otoparts has been supplying its products to manufacturers of cars and motorcycles abroad. Recently Astra Otopart have components export markets in 30 countries Middle East, Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe and the United States. Astra Otoparts consolidated revenue in the first quarter of 2015 amounted to Rp.2.87 trillion and consolidated income throughout 2014 was Rp.12.26 trillion.

DPC FSP LPS SPSI East Jakarta, PUK SP LEM SPSI PT. MTG (Morita Tjokro Gearindo), located in the Pulogadung area visited the secretariat of the DPC FSP LEM East Jakarta to conduct education, Tuesday 15/08/2017.
The Education Program initiated by the DPC was welcomed by the PUK affiliated to the FSP LPS SPSI. Evidently there are many requests for education that are held either in the DPC office or even in the corporate environment.
