The Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD mentions the practice of law enforcement which according to him does not all meet the elements of legal certainty and justice. Therefore, when opening the Rakernas Prosecutors throughout Indonesia, he emphasized the importance of fair law enforcement. At present, he said, law enforcement has become a legal industry.
He explained that what was meant by the legal industry was the many processes of law enforcement against people without problems. "People who are not wrongly regulated in such a way become guilty, guilty people are arranged in such a way as to be innocent. That is the legal industry," Mahfud said.
