Entrepreneurs travel agent in the Association of Airline Ticket Seller (ASTINDO) urged the government to firmly discipline online travel agencies that are considered triggers unhealthy competition. ASTINDO President Elly Hutabarat said the association also plans to report the unfair competition to the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).

PR Coordinator ASTINDO Dyah Permatasari said, the existence of Online Travel Agencies (OTA) in the last two years quite an impact on travel sales agent that is a decline of up to 40%. The fall in sales was accompanied by sluggish economic conditions, the rising exchange rate of the US dollar and weaker purchasing power. Occupancy domestic flights also tend to fall. Director of Air Transport Directorate General of Air Transportation Ministry Moh. Alwi said the Ministry of Transportation recently issued a regulation to limit ticket that the upper limit of 30% and 110% for control competition flight ticket sales.
