The private contractor, PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk, recorded a new contract of Rp3.25 trillion until the end of October 2017.
Company Secretary of Total Bangun Persada, Mahmilan Sugiyo Warsana said, the realization of the new contract reaches 81% of the target Rp4 trillion until the end of 2017. Several major projects include Thamrin nine phase 2, GOP 1 Building, Chitaland Tower, Taman Permata Buana Apartement and Potato Head Hotel.
The company targets revenues of Rp3.1 trillion and net profit of Rp250 billion in 2017. The company is doing a lot of high building construction. Other than that, companies also earn revenue by a smaller amount from rental property, equipment rental, management services and training services.

The value of the construction industry in Indonesia this year is estimated to grow in real terms up to 2.7 percent. Meanwhile, in 2022, the growth will reach 8.4 percent. Fitch Solution revealed this growth in research received by Kompas.com, Wednesday (8/9/2021).
Fitch Solution explained that they had revised the lift from the previous 8.7 percent and 7.4 percent respectively.
