The release of the IPO (initial public offering) PT. Wika Beton, a subsidiary of PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk has been postponed until next year. It was originally planned to begin in the first semester of 2011. As is known, IPO plans of Wika Concrete are listed on the work plan and budget of the company (RKAP) this year.

Wijaya Karya controls 78.40% shares of Wijaya Karya Concrete. The rest is owned by PT. WIKA Employee Welfare Foundation [560 20 (+3.7%)] and the cooperative work of Partner Satya. Wijaya Karya, a subsidiary of Concrete on March 11, 1997. Before becoming a subsidiary of Wijaya Karya, Wijaya Karya Concrete was part of the company's concrete products division since 1974. This subsidiary has six sales regions and seven concrete plants.

The subsidiary is engaged in the concrete industry and construction services and is focused of new investment projects. Until recently funding for the investment company has still been met from internal cash funds.
