Free Health Center Just Promise, http://www.jpnn.com, 4 January 2012

Mayor of Mataram promises to eliminate the cost of care in health centers by January 1, 2012, has not been realized. Until yesterday, a number of puskesmas in the city of Mataram still attract charges on patients; this enforcement of these other sites free of charge to patients due to the completion of regulation; because, to set free of charge at Puskesmas, needed legal protection, minimum issuance of mayor regulation. Unfortunately, until now, the regulations referred to as the mayor had not yet published. Mataram City Administration has prepared the budget almost $ 1 billion to replace the financing in health centers. The fund is much larger than the PAD Mataram from puskesmas which is only around Rp.400 million per year.
