Menparekraf Maintain Coordination School of Tourism, http://www.investor.co.id, 23 November 2011


Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Mari Elka Pangestu said it would still retain a high school academy of tourism and tourism under the coordination and will not release it to the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) because the schools were closely related and directly related to tourism.

Previously the office named the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, now transformed into the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. College of Tourism (STP) and the Academy of Tourism (Akpar) itself has been under the coordination of Resource Development Agency of Culture and Tourism, one of the directorates in the ministry.

Ministry of Agriculture will impose sanctions on businesses that are proven or importers to raise prices during Lebaran and fasting this year. Suswono Agriculture Minister said the importers of meat and calves have committed not to raise prices. Sanctions that will be given as reduced import quotas granted scores are not given until an import permit or Letter of Agreement Entered (SPP).
