Korembi Officially Inaugurated, Demonstrates Commitment to the Car Rental Industry: https://www.batiktv.id/news/korembi-resmi-dilantik--tunjukkan-komitmen-dalam-industri-rental-mobil/12 December 2024

Above 24 Central Leadership Councils (DPP) of the Indonesian Car Rental Community (KOREMBI) for the 2024-2027 period were officially inaugurated on Tuesday, December 10. The inauguration took place in a solemn atmosphere during the KOREMBI DPP management meeting and the KOREMBI supervisory board at the Parkside Mandarin Hotel, Pekalongan City. This event is an important moment for KOREMBI as a forum that brings together car rental business actors in Indonesia. In this inauguration, the new DPP KOREMBI management stated their commitment to advancing the car rental industry by prioritizing professionalism, innovation, and collaboration.

The general chairman of DPP KOREMBI M. Baihaqi said that this organization will focus on strengthening networks between members, improving service quality, and legal protection for car rental business actors.
Prospects of the Car Rental Business Under a Cooperative Umbrella in the Middle of a Pandemic: https://www.antaranews.com/berita/2531377/prospek-bisnis-sewa-mobil-dalam-payung-koperasi-di-tengah-pandemi/18 November 2021

The vehicle rental business continues to thrive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially when most of the upper middle class have made vehicles a priority need for mobility. The vehicle rental business, especially cars, is becoming increasingly prospective amid the spread of Covid-19 in travel via public transportation.

However, until now there are still many car rental entrepreneurs who are still constrained by the absence of a legal entity to be able to boost their business scale. This is the background for the DPD Jabodetabek Regional Rent Car Entrepreneurs Association (Asperda), which consists of 57 companies, to plan to establish a cooperative. Chairman of Asperda DPD Jabodetabek, Bambang H said that the way the organization works tends to be similar to cooperatives, where each member has the same rights and obligations. The goal is also the same, namely for the welfare of members.
