PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is boosting digital business in line with business transformation that is carried out in accordance with the company's vision and mission. PT Pos Indonesia (Posindo) Vice President of Product Development, Courier and Logistics Djoko Suhartanto said that the company has taken initial steps to launch products that already use digital systems in services because the target market has also shifted. Previously, PT Pos was identical to letters, but now it has declined because there have been substitutes like SMS, but not for shipping goods, there is no substitute.

Posindo has just launched a variety of new services to win business competition with competitors in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which demands the changing times. The latest service innovations are the Contact Center Oranger, M-Agenpos, Agenpos B2B Kurir, Agenpos B2B Jasa Keuangan, Layanan Kargo Ritel Udara at Agenpos and Top Up e-Money at the Post Office.
