How Android Helps The Warehousing Industry Facing the On-Demand Economy: https://www.liputan6.com/tekno/read/3657448/opini-cara-android-bantu-industri-pergudangan-hadapi-ekonomi-on-demand/3 October 2018

e-Commerce is popular all over the world. The rising expectations of consumers who often use smartphones and are always connected, urged retailers, manufacturers, and logistics companies to work together to meet the needs of buyers who continue to increase in this era of on-demand economy.

Facing the challenge of upgrading from Windows CE, Android emerged as the first choice for a Windows replacement platform for several reasons. First, the main selling point is Android's ability to continue to function with various existing systems. Another advantage is that Android is no stranger to users because this technology is a mobile operating system (OS) that is most widely used by consumers worldwide. In addition, Android also offers a secure platform with a variety of reliable Application Programming Interface (API) management that will allow warehousing IT teams to prevent data leakage and increase compliance, and various other advantages.

The benefits of using Android can drive productivity and workforce accuracy in warehouse operations, with strong security and easy-to-use functionality. This will help the company achieve superior performance in managing inventory more efficiently and accurately so that the company can stay at the forefront to meet customer expectations in the current era of on-demand economy.
Many Industrial Lands For Warehousing: https://pemeriksaanpajak.com/2016/09/21/lahan-industri-banyak-untuk-pergudangan/21 September 2016

Industrial estate businessmen hope, the sale of industrial land in the second half of this year could be better than the previous period. According to Sanny Iskandar, Chairman of the Indonesian Industrial Estate Association, currently some investors are ready to buy industrial land and it is expected that three to four months there will be an increase. Despite the increase in sales, most of the industrial land is not for the establishment of factories, but as warehousing or logistics. This shows more and more trading companies entering Indonesia, rather than manufacturing investors.

This condition occurs because manufacturing investors still can not get many choices in determining the right industrial land. For example, about inadequate facilities and infrastructure facilities and the existence of charges in industrial areas. The research results of Colliers Indonesia revealed that of the total sales of industrial estates in Jabodetabek, Karawang and Serang in the second quarter of 2016, about 48% for warehousing areas.
