The growth of cuisine industry in East Java showed an increase. Chairman Cafe and Restaurant Association of Indonesia (Apkrindo) East Java said the cafe and restaurant business performance long as it supported by the growth of shopping centers that provide the food court.

Food and beverages industry is an industry that will never decrease. The industry has become the locomotive of the economy along with the many new cafes and restaurants. With more and more business people in East Java cuisine, he believes growth will be higher and could beat Jakarta because they will be more creative.
