National retail company PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk will build three new department store in 2013. The stores are located in Pacific Place mall and Saint Moritz Jakarta apartments, and a mall in the city of Medan.

According to the Corporate Secretary of MAP Partners, Fetty Kwartati, construction of three department stores it needs Rp 600 billion. Projects that require an area of 75 thousand square meters was financed capital expenditure, 2013. Of the total investment, 63 percent was allocated for the construction of specialty stores or specialty stores.

"The rest is for the sale of food and beverage outlets," he said in a public exposure event, Wednesday, November 14, 2012.

Fetty said, started in 2013, targets the development of MAP Partners department stores and 250 outlet stores plain. The stores that will add to the company's assets, which until now have operated 941 stores throughout Indonesia. Until September 2012, coded MAPI has built 149 stores.
