Surya Artha Adds Deposited Capital:, 11 September 2008

PT. Surya Artha Nusantara Finance increases its deposited capital by Rp.100 billion, totaling the company's deposited capital to Rp.350 billion. The amount will be used to boost financing performance in the leasing sector.
SAN Finance Receives US$ 300 Million Loan:, 21 August 2008

PT. Surya Artha Nusantara Finance will receive a US$ 300 million loan, due to come to realization in two phases, November 2008 and March 2009. The loan will be used to support financing until the end of this year and next year. Half of the amount will come in November 2008, whilst the rest will come in March 2009. Until now the banks affiliated with the credit facility include Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp, Sumitomo Trust Singapore, Mizuho Bank Indonesia, Bank Internasional Indonesia, Bank Ekonomi Rahardja, Bank Finconesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Central Asia. The company also accepts credit in the form of syndication; some of its lead arrangers include Standard Chartered Bank and Mizuho Corp Bank SGP, whilst SCB Jakarta, SCB Singapore, ABN Amro and ANZ Panin Bank provide club deal. The majority of SAN Finance's shares are owned by Astra International
