The Premier of ASPATINDO:, 30 May 2007

A non-profit institution comprising of 13 companies, ASPATINDO (Association of Indonesian Tower Manufacturers) was launched recently. Its members are: PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA), PT. Armindo Catur Pratama, PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, PT. Bukit Jaya Abadi, PT. Citramas Jaya Teknik Mandiri, PT. Gunung Garuda, PT. Hamasa Hutama, PT. Karunia Berca Indonesia, PT. Kokoh Semesta, PT. Multi Febrindo Gemilang, PT. Tehate Putra Tunggal and PT. Twink Indonesia, which are manufacturers of international-scale towers.
Interconnections from Java to Sumatra should be funded by Export Credit:, 2 February 2005

State Electricity Company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) hoped that the government using the state's US$ 200 million export credit could fund the Java-Sumatra interconnection project. The project's objective is to transfer the oversupply of electricity in Java and Bali to Sumatra, as annually Java and Bali have an excess of 600 MW.

The Association of Porcelain Electricity Isolator Manufacturers in Indonesia (APPILI) has donated 7,000 isolator pin posts for electricity rehabilitation in Aceh, 2,000 of which was donated by PT Twink Indonesia. In total, the donation was worth approximately Rp.850 million.
