Railway industry in Indonesia, PT. INKA, at Madiun export trains to Malaysia this year. PT. INKA receives order for 16 trains from Malaysia and will be delivered over two phases. In addition to the neighbor country, export trains are also often made into several countries. In fact, the current PT. INKA is receiving orders from countries such as Iran and Bangladesh.

Through the regulation of the Finance Minister Regulation 134 / PMK.08 / 2015, Indonesia Eximbank get a special assignment / National Interest Account (NIA) of the Government to provide export financing for the transaction or project that is commercially difficult to implement, but it is considered necessary by the Government. Follow-up on this rule, the Minister of Finance issued Decree of the Minister of Finance (KMK) No. 1156 / KMK.08 / 2015 on special assignment to provide export financing products passenger train carriages.

Through KMK No.1156 / KMK.08 / 2015 Indonesia Eximbank distribute the Working Capital Financing facility to PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) / PT INKA to produce passenger railway carriages that will be exported to Bangladesh. Financing for the period up to December 31, 2016 with a value of 270 billion rupees. The export financing scheme special assignment export or NIA. NIA financing scheme can be realized because of the support of the Ministry of Government which is included in the NIA permanent committees consisting of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises RI.
