PT. Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) has a loan facility (standby loans) worth USD 140 million. Standby loan obtained from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) were timed over two years after signing the agreement. "When the the settlement of 5 years with interest based on LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) 3-month competitive.

The loan facility will be used to meet the needs of refinancing for loans that will mature companies. In addition, to meet the needs of such working capital, investment, or the use of corporate activities.

PT. ConocoPhilips and PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia have agreed to modify the gas exchange contract to gas purchase agreement. The agreement will increase the state income by US$ 74 million. Presently, Chevron produces 370,000 barrels per day in its Rokan Block. Approximately 50,000 barrels are noted as own use, instead of lifting. Chevron submits the crude oil to ConocoPhillips, whilst Conoco submits gas to Chevron to increase oil production.
