"Miniwarehouse" means a facility designed or operated exclusively for the storage of goods in individual compartments or rooms, none of which exceed five hundred square feet in area and which are available for use by the general public on a rental or lease basis. Except for administration of the facility, a miniwarehouse shall not include any manufacturing, retail or wholesale selling, compounding or office functions.
