T Agincourt Resources , a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based gold mining , G - Resources , said it had found deposits containing significant gold prospects Pahae - North Tapanuli , about 50 kilometers north Martabe Gold Mine .

In a written statement on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 , the manager of the Martabe Gold Mine currently states continue to mining exploration in the area . The mineral deposit was discovered after the company doing surface mapping and rock sampling .

In addition , the company also continues to conduct drilling in the southern region of the Full Pit and regions in South Tapanuli Uluala Hulu . In the south at a depth of 57 meters the data obtained 1.2 grams / tonne gold and 17 grams / tonne silver , while in the Upper Uluala region at a depth of 49.7 meters of data obtained 4.4 grams / tonne gold and 44 grams / tonne silver .

Two -edged diamond drill holes ( diamond drill ) has also been completed with a total depth of approximately 690 meters in Prospect Tango Papa - North Tapanuli , 25 miles north Martabe Gold Mine . Drilling results are being analyzed .

In addition , metallurgical studies on the sulphide content of the Martabe Gold Mine underway . Initial studies with the flotation method , they declared , gave positive results .

Costs incurred by PT Agincourt for exploration activities during the first half of 2013 has reached U.S. $ 5 million , of the total funding of U.S. $ 10 million is budgeted for this year .

Martabe Gold Mine is located on the west side of the island of Sumatra , the District of Batang Toru , North Sumatra Province , with an area of ??1,639 km2 , under a sixth generation Contract of Work ( " CoW " ) signed in April 1997.

Martabe Gold Mine now has a resource of 8.05 million ounces of gold and 77 million oz of silver ; targeted to begin production in early 2013 with an annual capacity of 250,000 oz of gold and 2-3 million oz of silver low cost .

Shareholders Martabe Gold Mine is G - Resources Group Ltd. by 95 percent , while the rest is owned by PT Artha Nugraha Agung , which is owned by South Tapanuli district and the Provincial Government of North Sumatra.

PT Masmindo Dwi Area foreign companies engaged in gold mining will begin construction of gold mines in Luwu regency, South Sulawesi, which has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), as the initial stage of the company began entering the construction period of the mine.

President Director of PT Masmindo Dwi Area Boyke Abidin said one of the main supporters of the smooth operation of the construction phase and then the production operation phase is the availability of reliable electrical energy supply. PLN expressed its readiness to supply electricity to Masmindo gold mine with premium quality of 30 MW by 2019. The Contract of Work held by PT Masmindo Dwi Area covers an area of 14,390 Ha and is located within Luwu regency, South Sulawesi province, which is located north of Makassar city. The local government has approved environmental impact assessment documents (AMDAL) and has issued Environmental Permit in early 2017. So it is possible to continue the construction work for three years and then expected to produce for 30 years.
