Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) recorded a significant increase in imports of vegetables and garlic from other countries to Indonesia, both this June and during January-June 2017. Import of vegetables and garlic the most to Indonesia comes from China.
The five largest vegetable supplier countries to Indonesia in January-June 2017, are China, Myanmar, India, New Zealand and Australia.
