13 new party did not pass the verification,, 16 December 2011

Of the 14 new parties that register only the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) who passed the verification. While 13 other political parties are not eligible to qualify for verification, then it does not obtain legal status in accordance with applicable legislation on political parties. Verification process was conducted under the laws of political parties and the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights legislation. Can be viewed Political Parties Act. For example should the fulfillment of the requirements 100% in all provinces for the management, 75% in districts or cities, 50% sub district.

Based on a survey carried out by the Indonesian Survey Institution using the Multistage Random Sampling method nation-wide from 8 to 18 February 2009, Partai Demokrat (the Democratic Party) was appraised as the most corruption-free political party. PKS and PDIP hold the runner-up position. Golkar, however, holds the fourth spot as the party considered to be infiltrated by corruption. The survey was done on 2,255 participants.
