Net profit leapt 47% Perum Pegadaian: March 2011

Net Profit of Public Corporation (Perum) Pegadaian increased by 47 percent in 2010 to Rp.1, 17 trillion compared to 2009 which is only Rp798 billion. This company profits increase, one of them due to the amount of revenues that increased to Rp.5, 3 trillion in 2010 compared with the previous year which only Rp.4, 017 trillion, which means that the increase was up by 33 percent.
Mandiri Allocates Rp.1 Trillion to Pawn House:, 9 April 2010

PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. is distributing work capital credit to Perum Pegadaian (pawn house) of Rp.1 trillion. In total, Bank Mandiri distributes a total of Rp.5.5 trillion to be used for capital and business expansion. In 2010, Pegadaian aims to distribute Rp.75.8 trillion in credit.
