General Manager of Hotel International Sibayak Dedi Nelson said given the importance of Human Resources (HR) in hospitality, of course, increase their quality should also be improved so that the services provided to guests, especially foreign tourists will be maximized, so that the guest feel at home for a longer stay in Indonesia.

One way to improve the quality of human resources is the synergy of all stakeholders in tourism, especially in North Sumatra, both managers of travel, hospitality and airlines.
