Mitra Adi Perkasa cash dividends Rp.35 per share,, 6 June 2012

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) approved the dividend of fiscal year 2011 amounting to Rp35 per share or a total of Rp.58, 10 billion. Related to performance over the past year, the issuer Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), which operates in the field of fashion retailer posted a net profit of Rp.360 billion in 2011 valued at 79.10 percent, or streaking over the same period the previous year amounting to Rp.201 billion.
