WIKA consortium wins Project Valued at Rp.1, 7 T, http://bisnis.vivanews.com/, 11 June 2012


PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) with a consortium of PT. Inwha Indonesia and PT. Mulia Singgar (WIKA-Inwha-Singgar) was appointed as the contractors Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) in the North Duri development project known as North Duri Development (NDD) Area 13. With a total contract value of U.S. $ 182.97 million.

Scope of work on the project consisted of engineering and design, procurement (procurement) and construction services (construction) for mechanical works, piping, electrical and instrumentation, earthwork and civil. In the consortium, WIKA as the Consortium Leader and has its share of 80 percent of the total project value of around U.S. $ 146 million
ADHI Acquired 2 Building Projects of IDR 242 Billion: 23 February 2011


This mid of February, ADHI get two projects in total of 242 billion Rupiah for Construction of The Convergence Indonesia Tower amounting to 185 billion Rupiah, the scope of work is Structural & Architecture that will be done in 15 months.

The next project is Cirebon Super Block amounting to 77 billion Rupiah, the scope of work is Structural & Architecture that will be done in 300 days.
