Bamboo cultivation Encourage the Creative Industries in Indonesia: November 2011

The Government continues to promote the cultivation of bamboo trees in the community because it could encourage the creative industries in Indonesia. Advisor to the Minister of Public Works (PU) field and the Role of Socio-Cultural Community Grahita Sutadi said, in 2012, the government will develop the cultivation of bamboo, such as in West Java.

Considerable potential of bamboo cultivation especially in eastern Indonesia are easily available at relatively inexpensive prices. Quality bamboo eastern Indonesia even mentioned the best in the world.
