Integra Indocabinet (WOOD) Lowers Sales Target by 50%: https://investor.id/market/340827/integra-indocabinet-wood-turunkan-target-penjualan-hingga-50/18 September 2023

PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk (WOOD) lowered its 2023 sales target by 50%. This decision is in line with high property interest rates in the United States (US) which hamper sales of the company's products.

Integra Indocabinet (WOOD) Director Wang Sutrisno said this was because the company's sales were dominated by exports, especially to the US market and taking into account the US housing credit interest rate which reached more than 7%. This causes demand for building component and furniture products to slow down in 2023. Moreover, sales of the furniture and building component segments have a high correlation with the property market.
