Pumice Stone Employers not Required To Reclamation: http://www.balipost.co.id/balipostcetak/2002/11/13/nt4.htm/12 November 2010

Employers pumice greatly benefited by the Regional Regulation (Perda) which governs the excavation C. The reason is, because employers only ask for permission pumice processing or refining, transportation and sales. No mining permit because they were not miners, so that employers are not subject to reclamation obligations.

Employers pumice only do the processing until the sale so there is no obligation of employers to do the reclamation of mined land.

Emphasized pumice mining does not damage the environment, it provides added value to the community. Pumice that has no economic value can be sold to entrepreneurs and further land can be productive.
