Indonesian Worker Recruits Demonstrate

A number of Indonesian worker recruits, whose departure to Korea was cancelled by PT Amri Margatama, demonstrated in front of the Solo Police Office. They demonstrated because Amri Margatama has yet to return the Rp 20 million departure fee each one of them have had to pay. Moreover, Amri Margatama had promised that it would return the money before the 2nd of August.

Saudi Arabia Needs 500 Medical Workers from Indonesia

The government of Saudi Arabia has stated that it needs 500 medical workers from Indonesia to be placed in its hospitals. For that reason, the Saudi Arabian Department of Health has appointed PT Amri Margatama as the human resource supplier. These recruits would be nurse and specialists graduates from West Sumatra. If the program succeeds, it would help overcome the unemployment issue in the province.
