Davomas to Divest Shares to Citadel The Jakarta Post, page 14, 2006-09-01
PT Davomas Abadi, a cocoa butter and powder producer, has signed a preliminary agreement to sell 24.9 percent of its shares to a unit of Citadel Investment Group LLC. The company’s major shareholders, Tse Kam Bui and Husein Sutjiadi, have agreed to sell 1.54 billion shares to Citadel Horizin S.a.r.l. The shares were valued at Rp 1 trillion, equivalent to US$ 110 million.
