From this activity it can be concluded that the potential for large aquaculture in Indonesia in 2022 can be boosted in terms of productivity by utilizing technology.
This is reflected in the increase in the performance of startup companies in the eFishery aquaculture sector throughout this year. Gibran Huzaifah as CEO and Co-founder of eFishery noted that by the end of 2021, it is estimated that the number of cultivators who have joined the eFishery ecosystem will reach 27,000 people. This figure has increased by 1,074% compared to the number of farmers using eFishery services in 2020.
