PT Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk (LMPI) on December 11, 2018 received a loan for operational needs from its Company Director, Pangestu Alim.

Corporate Secretary of LMPI Henri Subiyanto said that the loan would be used for operations, which amounted to IDR 5 billion for a period of 3 years without collateral and without interest. This is because the company's performance this year is still under pressure. The transaction is an affiliate transaction in accordance with the rules of IX.E.I, regarding affiliate transactions and conflicts of interest of certain transactions. Data as of October 31, 2018, Pangestu Alim dominated 302.92 million shares, equivalent to 30.04% of LMPI's shares.

Manufacturers of household appliances and plumbing, PT Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk (LMPI) is targeting sales growth of 20% this year. So to meet the sales target, the company will aggressively open new markets. Where the market is considered to have great potential in the outer islands, such as Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and eastern Indonesia.

Director Lasting Makmur Industrial, Kosasih said, through expanding new market potential, it will be able to increase sales amid the economic conditions that are currently unstable, "Markets outside the island is still open, we will be opening in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and East Indonesia , Daearah-area market its still pretty good, "said Kosasih in Surabaya yesterday.
