President Director of PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Manuntun Situmorang answered press questions during the annual shareholders' meeting. The company has agreed to share a dividend for Rp 17 per share.
Hexindo Aims at Rp1.34 Trillion Turnover

PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk targets its turnover to reach Rp.1.34 trillion by the end of this year. The fixed target is lower than 2005’s turnover of Rp.1.42 trillion. This is caused by different exchange rates. The company’s net profit in 2005 reached Rp.97.77 billion. The general meeting of shareholders have agreed on the usage of Rp.38.64 billion, or Rp.46 per note, as dividends, Rp.5 billion as reserve funds, and Rp.54.13 as retained earnings. Up to May 2006, the company managed to book a sale of Rp.480.08 billion, mostly from heavy machinery, which added up to Rp.281.88 billion. Meanwhile, Hexindo’s gross profit, up to May 31 2006, is Rp.98.01 with a net profit of Rp.25.34 billion. The value of the rupiah towards foreign currencies, especially dollars, has caused the foreign exchange profit of the company to reach Rp.24.99 billion. Hexindo has used the exchange rate of Rp.9,830 per US$ in 2005, by the end of this May Rp.9,830 and by the end of the year it is projected to be Rp.9,700.
