RI Want to Be World's Leading Manufacturer of Ornamental Fish 2019, http://industri.bisnis.com/14 November 2016


Head of Research and Development of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries suggests three things to make Indonesia as a producer of ornamental fish number one in the world, know and master the ornamental fish trade internationally, to understand the constellation internal (data, licensing, partnerships), and strategy (roadmap, business plan, action plan).

Some of the steps required. First, speed up the preparation of the roadmap and the national action plan (NAP) to RI as a manufacturer of Ornamental Fish world number one.

Based on data from UN Comtrade trade of ornamental fish, ornamental fish production, Indonesia continues to increase in the range of 2009-2013 which put Indonesia as ornamental fish producer ranked fourth in the world. Even in the last two decades, Indonesia is an important exporter of ornamental fish trade world.

Indonesian ornamental fish biodiversity is very high. Indonesia has recorded 400 species of freshwater fish and 650 species of sea water ornamental fish and many species of fish that have not been identified.

Then he ventured into other businesses, ranging from the plastics industry, pulp & paper industry, palm oil, oil palm plantations and construction scattered throughout Indonesia. Various industries that have more than 35 years he manage. He said, sometimes hard work is not enough. Every once in a while it is necessary to have luck in that endeavor.
