Shipping Services Loss,, 12 September 2011

Activity in cargo freight international airport Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Banten, on Wednesday (7 / 9) morning until noon, still delayed. A total of 49 flights, mainly to serve the first flight, was transporting the shipment because of the slow process of checking through inspection agent (agent-regulated) that require long hours. Freight forwarding companies lose up to a dozen million dollars.

Freight company or expeditions on Idul Fitri ago, had a significant surge in demand. But now, the condition was already experiencing a decline. This is according to tradition in Indonesian society to share the happiness with the family through food items, clothing, motorcycle, parcel, or just send an Idul Fitri card. Idul Fitri period is predicted to reach 150 percent increase from an average weekday.

After this Eid season demand for services has decreased, probably around 50%. This condition is indeed a natural and has become an annual cycle that must be experienced by expedition entrepreneurs.
