Abidin Fan, the main director of PTSN, in a written statement on Tuesday (12/12) said that PT Tata Sarana Nusapersada and PT SNI Internasional j have not been operational since they were founded until now and the shareholders do not see any possibility of developing business activities, so with the approval of the shareholders shares at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, PT Tata Sarana Nusapersada and PT SNI Internasiona were dissolved.

Abidin added that the closure of these two subsidiaries had no effect on PTSN's financial condition or business continuity.
