In 2004, PT Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk booked net profit of Rp 3.87 billion, which has a 16.9 percent decline compared to 2003’s Rp 4.66 billion. Based on the company’s 2004 financial report, the company’s net sales increased from Rp 302.22 billion to Rp 421.28 billion. However, due to increasing additional costs, the profit plummeted. One cause of the plummeting profit was higher exchange rate difference from the initial Rp 3.32 billion to Rp 3.52 billion.
