PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia is one of the oldest players in the Indonesia battery business. It established its fist factory in 1975. Its factory is located in Tangerang and stands on a 24,686 square metre area. When it first started operating, the company manufactured batteries for local use only. Now, the company’s products are exported to 5 continents. Its production capacity reached 1.8 million car batteries and 3 million motorcycle batteries. Currently, PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia has approximately 10,000 employees.
