Construction Underway for Schools in Aceh

Three schools, in Pidie, Bireun and Lhoksumawe, Aceh are being constructed. It is estimated that construction costs reached US$ 2.7 million. Each school consists of single-storey buildings with a 15,000-square-metre floor space on a site of six to seven hectares. Each school will have an elementary, junior high and senior high school, an administration area, a laboratory, a multipurpose hall, a mosque, a dormitory and sport fields. The international design team of this project involves Davis Langdon & Seah as quantity supervisor.
