PT Bakrie Tosanjaya Expands Factory

PT Bakrie Tosanjaya, a subsidiary of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, plans to expand the production capacity of its third metal casting factory. The factory is worth an investment of Rp 55 billion and is equipped with new machineries, such as Dismatic 2013 MK4A, that can produce OEM (original equipment manufacturer) quality products. Bakrie Tosanjaya is one of the main suppliers of automotive components to sole license holding agent. The factory expansion is done to anticipate growing market demands for finished products. The expansion will increase the factory’s production capacity by 800 tons per month, or 40% to 50% of the original capacity.
