Bhakti Buys Out Bimantara Koran Tempo, page A28, 2005-12-08
PT Bhakti Securities has bought out PT Bimantara Citra Tbk’s shares ever since the middle of novemebr up to the beginning of December. In that period of time, Bhaki Securities became Bimantara’s top buyer, as much as 1.55 million notes, with an average price of Rp.1,904.32 per note.
In other news, Bimantara is attempting to sell some of its Mobile-8 shares to foreign investors. The process, however, is still incomplete.
Bimantara Used up Rp.502.31 Billion Bisnis Indonesia, page B1, 2005-10-12
PT Bimantara Citra Tbk has used Rp.502.31 billion of its total budget of Rp.665.5 billion that was raised from rights issue. Approximately Rp.346.06 billion, or 52 percent, were used to expand and build infrastructure facilities of Bimatara’s subsidiary, PT Mobile-8 Telecom. Bimantara used Rp 122.98 billion as business capital and to develop a production ran by another subsidiary, PT Media Nusantara Citra (MNC). Bimantara plans to allocate Rp.286.17 billion to develop MNC, while the remaining Rp.33.38 billion (5 percent of the rights issue fund will be used as Bimantara’s business capital.
