Pelabuhan Indonesia III Co-operates with BNI Bisnis Indonesia, page L1, 2007-05-25
President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III Suprihat witnessed the co-operation signing between the company with Bank BNI. The co-operation entails cash management services to facilitate direct liquidity management using the bank's system.
Pelindo III Adds Ships and Utilities: Bisnis Indonesia, page T2, 2006-06-01
PT Pelindo III has disbursed a capital of Rp.120 billion this year for the addition of a number of ships and fire trucks plus a number of other production utilities. The company plans on building three new ships. Two pandu ships worth Rp.9 billion each and one tunda ship worth 30 billion which will soon be auctioned. The building of the two pandu ships’ progress has already reached 40 percent.
The company also plans to add four armadas of fire trucks with an investment of Rp.6 billion, or worth Rp.400 million per unit. With this new addition, the income this year is targeted at Rp.400 billion, same as last year.
Last November, there was also a decrease in the container handling charge from US$ 93 to US$ 70.
