Polychem Seeks US$ 50 Million to Build Power Plant

PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk is seeking a loan in the amount of US$ 50 million in order to build three power plants powered by coal. The total amount of funds needed to build the power plants amount to US$ 54.9 million. The company has allocated a fund of US$ 9.4 (16 percent) from its internal finances. The rest is hoped to be obtained through a loan from syndicated banks. This year, its income is projected to increase by 5 percent compared to last year’s income of Rp.3.95 trillion.
